The Greater Cincinnati Automobile Dealers Assn., is enhancing its long-time commitment to forwarding CPR / AED awareness by offering members an onsite program taught by our Public Safety Coordinator, Dan Moeller, a full-time firefighter and paramedic.
More than 350,000 cardiac arrests occur outside of a medical setting each year, making our program an opportunity to empower your employees with skills that can save the lives of their teammates and dealership customers.
Sessions are conducted at your convenience and taught in your place of business to help ease schedule conflicts and lengthy employee off-site commutes.
PROGRAM ELEMENTS
- $20 per person for a maximum class of 15.
- Sessions are between two and three hours.
- Employees earn a two-year American Health and Safety Institute (AHSI) | Health & Safety Institute (HSI) certification.
- Training is scheduled at your convenience and in your workplace.
AMERICAN SAFETY and HEALTH INSTITUTE | HEALTH & SAFETY INSTITUTE CERTIFICATION
ASHI and HSI CPR and AED training builds a confidence to respond by teaching through a combination of hands-on and retention resources.
The certification course conforms with the most recent American Heart Assoc. (AHA) guidelines. The training is recognized, accepted and approved by, or meets the requirements of, nearly 4,500 state regulatory agencies, occupational licensing boards, national associations, commissions and councils in more than 120 occupations and professions.
INSTRUCTOR DAN MOELLER – NREMT-P, CPST-I, CPR-I
Dan works with the Miami Township Fire and EMS Dept., and has been a certified CPR | AED instructor for seven years, teaching valuable, lifesaving skills to hundreds. He also plays an active role in GCADA’s annual child passenger safety and CPR awareness campaigns.
