Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training will now be easier for the Warren County Education Service Center, thanks to a donation from the GCADA, the Ohio Automobile Dealers Association, and the National Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation (NADCF).  A CPR training unit, sponsored by Bob Pulte Chevrolet of Lebanon, Ohio, was presented to the Educational Service Center on Thursday, June 13 at the dealership. 

            CPR training has proven to increase the likelihood of survival from ventricular fibrillation.  The NADCF, along with local automotive retailers & their associations have donated over 4,200 manikins across the country since the program’s inception in 1975.  With the help of these donations, over 1.6 million people have been trained, potentially saving thousands of lives. 

            “We’re proud to have the opportunity to give back to the community by providing the equipment and help these students learn these lifesaving skills,” Dan Pulte of Bob Pulte Chevrolet said.  The donated manikins will allow students at the Warren County Education Service Center to train on this important, life-saving skill.
