Facilities at the GCADA office in Sharonville can be reserved for meetings.
Board Room
Capacity – Seat as many as 18 around a large conference table (the table cannot be moved)
Classroom
Comfortably seat as many as 36 at classroom tables or as many as 60 theater style. The tables can be reconfigured to your event needs.

Building Access
Our building is open Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed weekends, most government holidays as well as the day following Thanksgiving.
Rental Fees for GCADA Members for Workshops and Training

Dealer Principals and General Managers may utilize GCADA facilities for meetings at no charge.
Food & Beverage Service
GCADA does not offer food and beverage service, however we will provide a list of catering options. Clients are able to bring their own food and beverage as well.
