The Kentucky Automobile Dealers Assn. (KADA) continues to work on issues related to dealer title work and lien filings.
For now, KADA have been informed that county clerks are closed to the general public, but should be providing procedures for processing dealer paperwork, including temp tags.
KADA also has been informed sheriffs should still be making some arrangements for inspections, although it may be on a limited basis. If KADA members encounter issues, they are advised to inform Gay Williams at gwilliams@kyada.com or (502) 695-3333. The association will attempt to address issues on a case-by case basis.
